POV: I am waiting out this drawdown with a full portfolio of altcoins
Right now, the mood is entirely negative. Analysts are painting a new bottom, the market looks bad. But if you think not in weeks but in months, there is no reason to panic.
Who is selling?
Those who entered on the next FOMO. They bought Bitcoin on the news of ATH at $124k, were waiting for instant wealth, saw losses, and sold.
Now they say that crypto is a scam, and… they will return at the next ATH to repeat the same scenario.
Who is holding and buying more?
Big players.
As for me - I sold Ethereum at a profit, I am holding Solana and BNB.
My average purchase price is approximately -10% of the current market price.
Not because I believe that everything will change in a month, although the market is indeed capable of turning around in 30 days. We were literally at the highs a month ago!
I hold because I plan for the long term, not because I dream of waking up a millionaire tomorrow.
In crypto, the long-term always wins. Not the perfect entry point, but simply the ability to wait for the next cycle.
And I am ready to wait for two years or even three. That’s normal.
Don’t make rash moves just because everyone is in a panic. Otherwise, you risk repeating the same mistake at the next highs.
