On November 26, 2025, the company SpaceX, founded by Elon Musk, made a significant transfer: 1,163 $BTC (approximately $105.4 million) was transferred to two new unnamed wallets, according to blockchain analytics firm Arkham Intelligence. The transaction took place at 6:16 PM Pacific Time: 399 BTC to the address "bc1qh…galzy" and 764 BTC to "bc1q4…u54ez". This is the first major movement since October when SpaceX transferred 281 BTC.

Arkham experts believe this is not a sale, but a consolidation of assets: a transition from old wallets to new ones for improved security and custody. The SpaceX wallet was inactive for three years until July 2025, when $153 million BTC was withdrawn from it. In 2022, the company cut its reserves by 70% due to the collapse of Terra-Luna and FTX, not purchasing more since then.

Now SpaceX holds 6,095 BTC ($552.9 million at a price of $90,921). This is 4th place among private companies according to BitcoinTreasuries. Similar moves by Tesla (11,509 BTC, $1.05 billion) highlight Musk's firms' strategy regarding BTC as a reserve. The transfer coincided with BTC volatility (a 10% drop following Powell's statements on rates), but did not impact the market. Analysts predict: SpaceX is strengthening custody for long-term holding.
