Let's break down the $LIGHT/USDT chart on the 4-hour timeframe (4h) that has just experienced dramatic movement. Despite a sharp correction from the peak of 4.6995, current technical data shows interesting opportunities for bottom hunters.
Here are the reasons why $LIGHT may be preparing for a strong bounce:
1. Deep Oversold condition on the RSI 📉
The most positive signal currently comes from the RSI (6) indicator. On the 4-hour chart, the RSI is at level 22.42. This is far below the threshold of 30, indicating an extreme oversold condition. Historically, when selling pressure has become too excessive like this, the market often responds with short-term price increases to normalize the indicator.
2. Price Stabilization at New Support Area 🧱
After a sharp decline, we see prices starting to stabilize and move sideways (consolidation) around the area of 0.8308. This indicates that panic selling has subsided and buyers are starting to come in to hold prices from falling further.
3. Potential Bullish Crossover on KDJ 🔄
The KDJ indicator also supports the bounce thesis. The K, D, and J lines are all in the extreme lower area (below 20) and appear to be starting to curve for a potential bullish crossover (crossing upwards) in the oversold zone.
