🔸 But what I don't know is that this restaurant was once the most popular Michelin three-star restaurant in the world in November 2021, with people lining up from one end of the street to the other, making it hard to get a table. Now, only 250 regular customers remain in the large restaurant, half of the chefs in the kitchen have left, and the signature dishes on the menu have already gone cold.
