BlockBeats News, January 5th, On-chain sleuth ZachXBT posted in his personal channel indicating that community chatter suggests another data breach incident at Ledger, this time stemming from payment service provider Global-e, resulting in the exposure of customer personal data (names and contact information). Earlier today, customers reportedly received the following email notification:“Global-e recently identified some unusual activity on some of our networks. Upon detecting irregularities in our cloud systems, immediate action was taken to contain and ultimately secure the system. We have engaged independent forensic experts to investigate this incident and have confirmed unauthorized access to some personal data, including names and contact information.”
