WHAT IS #RWUSD ?
It is not a volatile cryptocurrency. It is a Real World Asset (RWA). Basically, Binance tokenizes U.S. government debt and allows you to buy a fraction

WHERE SHOULD YOU FOCUS?
1️⃣ It is not a "free" token
You cannot withdraw RWUSD to an external wallet (Trust Wallet or Metamask) or send it to a friend. It only exists within Binance.
Also, remember that cryptocurrencies (Coin) are the structure and tokens are the guests.
Differences between Cryptocurrencies and Tokens
2️⃣ You have exit fees
If you decide to exit, you have two options:
*️⃣ Standard Exchange: Free (or minimal fee), but takes about 3 days.
*️⃣ Fast Exchange: Instantaneous, but they charge a small fee (around 0.1%).
3️⃣ Use as Collateral
You can use your RWUSD as collateral to borrow funds on Binance while still earning 4.2%
4️⃣ Counterparty Risk
Remember that here there is a bridge between the digital and the physical. The risk is not just the exchange, but the custodian of the bonds. It's a solid system, but it's always good to know that we depend on that connection. This will be explained a bit more in the next point.
5️⃣ The yield cap (Variable APY)
The interest rate of RWUSD depends on the U.S. Federal Reserve rates. If the Fed lowers rates, your return on Binance will also decrease. It is not a fixed payment guarantee, but a reflection of the real market.
6️⃣ Identity Verification (KYC)
To trade with RWUSD, Binance requires strict verification levels. If your account has any pending documentation issues, you won't be able to access this product even if you have the USDT
💡 Eneas BB's Tip:
As always, your duty is to prepare yourself and learn how to use the tools Binance offers, don't put all your eggs in one basket. This is an investment opportunity, not a panacea for all problems.
