1. Completing NPEX License and Expansion of RWA
Dusk is currently applying for the DLT-TSS license (estimated August 2025), following the previous integration of the MTF and broker licenses from NPEX. This license will enable the issuance of assets compliant with European MiCA regulations, positioning Dusk as the preferred choice for regulated Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization in the region.
