South Korea is set to lift the corporate crypto investment ban after 9 years

South Korea is preparing to end the ban on corporate crypto investments from 2017, allowing listed companies and professional investors to invest up to 5% of their equity in the top 20 tokens by market capitalization. The new regulations are expected to be introduced in January–February 2026, opening the floodgates for large capital flows into the market and boosting the development of derivatives, ETFs & stablecoins domestically.$ETH
