The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has included Ripple National Trust Bank in a list of five companies granted conditional approval to establish a national trust bank.

What this means in practice:
• Ripple is officially entering the U.S. banking ecosystem
• Oversight and regulation will be directly through the OCC, not through gray areas
• Legal institutional services for storing digital assets
• Direct infrastructure pathway for RLUSD
• Deep integration of XRPL into TradFi and banking rails

This is not a final license, but a key structural step.
