Reduced borrowing rates for CDP Zone 📉

We have updated our IRR metrics to deliver lower borrowing costs across the Lista CDP ecosystem.

**Key Changes:**

🔹 **Borrow Rates:** Rates have been reduced across all supported collateral types.

🔹 **PSM & LSR:** Yields are temporarily lower; however, they will be stabilized with updated emissions starting next week.

🔹 **Fix-term Lending:** Rates have also been reduced to 2.74%.

🔹 **Rebates:** Please note that the lisUSD rebate program is currently paused.
