DUSK as A Privacy Vault
Think about a heavily fortified bank safe that is located in a high-traffic downtown area. Everyone can see the safe, but only a few selected individuals can see the inside. DUSK is a trade off the same way for financial institutions. The trade can be completed on the blockchain, and while the regulators can examine what is most pertinent, the rest is kept completely confidential. Privacy is not a privilege here, but a programmable right.
