CTO Hein Dauven: This is the core consideration in designing the Haults system. Dusk pursues 'conditional privacy.' We have introduced the role of 'Auditor' in our architecture. Under legal authorization, auditors have specific public keys to decrypt data or execute 'Force Transfer.'

By tailoring instruction sets and JIT (Just-In-Time compilation) technology for ZK, we have shortened proof generation to seconds. First, the SBA consensus requires staking DUSK to become a Guardian node for rewards; secondly, all RWA asset transactions on Dusk Trade in the future will be settled with DUSK as the fuel, and node validators will directly share in transaction fees.

Q4: When will Dusk Trade be able to buy real tokenized securities?
CTO Hein Dauven: Our current trade.dusk.network has opened registration for reservations. The year 2026 will be an explosive year for assets, and the first batch of assets we list will be securities fully compliant with EU MiCA and other regulations. We are currently conducting final compliance integration tests.
