$PENGUIN started from a viral TikTok. A dev linked to BastilleBTC launched it on Jan 16, 2026. Market cap was only $20K. Liquidity died. Dev disappeared. Everyone thought it was over.

Then one guy changed it all.

I saw a Solana user named Dosuka push this coin for 48 hours straight. Posting memes. Raiding Twitter. Working a factory job at the same time. Volume came back. Buyers came back. The chart moved again.

That’s when problems started.

$BNB PumpFun blocked the Community Takeover. They said a “new official team” was already there. On-chain data later showed wallets linked to the first deployer. Same money trails. Same clusters.

So I’m asking this:

Was $PENGUIN saved by the community…

or taken back by insiders?

Is this the first big memecoin of 2026, or a warning about control in meme coins?
