On the heels of our latest project status report, #Solar is kicking off a formal signaling process involving both the community and block producers. The objective is to assess whether there is sufficient backing to begin designing a framework for migration that is entirely optional and voluntary.

It is important to emphasize that this initiative represents a non-executing, transparent, and governance-focused proposal. There are absolutely no mandatory actions being imposed, nor are there any modifications being made to the protocol at this stage.
