I've been studying the five-minute trading strategy and the contract trading method. I've been looking for patterns. Insight: I've realized that sometimes when I'm losing in trading and can't let go, it leads to a margin call. I always thought it was a technical issue, but later I realized it's mostly a mindset problem. I can't control my hand on the phone and always want to open positions. Skills can be learned gradually, but once the mindset is ruined, trading becomes like rowing upstream. Being in the market, you must control your hands. Only by surviving in the market can we profit.
