Binance will adjust the asset structure of the SAFU Fund, gradually converting the initial stablecoin reserves worth 1 billion USD into Bitcoin reserves, with the conversion to be completed within 30 days from the date.
Binance will periodically review the asset value of the SAFU Fund. If, due to Bitcoin price volatility, the market value of the fund falls below 800 million USD, Binance will add more Bitcoin to restore the fund to 1 billion USD.
