Important Updates on the Funding Rate of TradFi Perpetual Contracts (2026-01-30)

Fellow Binancians,

Binance constantly reviews its product and service offerings to ensure the best user experience for all users. Effective from 2026-01-30 12:15 (UTC), Binance Futures will adjust the funding interval of XAUUSDT, XAGUSDT and TSLAUSDT Perpetual Contracts from every four hours to every eight hours. The funding cap/floor  of XAUUSDT and XAGUSDT Perpetual Contracts will be adjusted from ± 0.375% to ± 0.05%, with details as follows:

• This information is released as a Notice under Binance Exchange Rule 17.

• The aforementioned perpetual contract(s) are exempted from 8.1 Adjustment of Funding Interval rules. The funding interval will not be adjusted from every eight hours to every one hour when the previous funding rate settlement of the aforementioned perpetual contract(s) reach the funding rate cap or floor.

• Users may visit the Real-Time Funding Rate page to view the latest funding interval and funding cap/floor. API users may query USDⓈ-M futures funding rate information via the newly added endpoint: GET /fapi/v1/fundingInfo.
