The Walrus project is about to become the most miserable Binance Square creator task.

@Walrus 🦭/acc The top 100 creators on the 30-day project Chinese leaderboard will share 105,000 WAL, and it seems that half has already been distributed, but I didn't get any.

Based on the ratio, the top 100 can also share 52500 of $WAL , averaging 52u per person. After deducting the wear and tear from daily trading tasks, there is basically no profit left, it feels like working for free. I really don't understand what this project team is doing; throughout the whole activity period, there has been little price action, and the marketing articles released have not been viewed much.

#walrus This project is a distributed storage project on SUI, similar to Filcoin. Logically, the application scenarios for such projects should be very broad, but in terms of marketing setup, it is inadequate. They should focus on cloud storage services targeting end-users. Maybe if the user base increases, it can thrive. Currently, the storage users are mostly institutions.

I don't have much to comment on the track selection. If it were me, I would take the Quark route, sharing popular posts and enticing users with content like adult images, which would be much better than this current approach. The profit model of traditional cloud storage has already been well established, yet Web3 seems to have nothing to replicate; it's really strange. $SUI
