Yes, it hurts.

And yes — I lost my hope for a while.

This is the reality of futures trading when risk management is ignored and emotions take control. Leverage doesn’t forgive mistakes, and the market doesn’t care about confidence.

I’m sharing this not for sympathy, but as a lesson:

• Overtrading kills accounts

• No stop-loss = slow liquidation

• Chasing recovery makes it worse

• Futures is not for everyone

This loss taught me more than any profit ever did.
