In the Dusk blockchain, every operation (transaction or smart contract execution) consumes gas, and the fee is paid in DUSK — there isn’t a separate “gas token” like on some other networks. Gas price is specified in LUX, where 1 LUX = 10⁻⁹ DUSK, and the fee paid equals gas_used × gas_price. �
