You understand when you put yourself in the shoes of an AI agent. The agent does not appreciate your UI, nor will it patiently look at the prompts; what it wants is 'to be able to act when a task arrives, to reconcile after completion, and to know when to stop in case of issues.' This transforms the so-called AI-ready from a buzzword into a very engineering-oriented requirement. When I evaluate whether a chain is AI-ready, I first ask: has it considered how to connect memory, reasoning, automation, and settlement into a closed loop from the ground up? Without a closed loop, so-called intelligence can only remain at the level of demonstration.

Let's start with memory. Many people consider 'data on the chain' as memory, but what agents need is not a pile of raw data but a semantically contextual framework that can be repeatedly called. It should remember your company's rules, client history, task progress, and even 'who to notify in case of exceptions.' If memory only exists in off-chain databases, it may be convenient in the short term, but once you collaborate across applications, teams, and ecosystems, you will encounter that annoying disconnection: what the agent learned in system A cannot be used in system B; or the same thing is recorded inconsistently in different places, ultimately requiring humans to clean up the mess. Next is reasoning. The real world is not a multiple-choice question; doing it right once doesn't count as a skill; you need to be able to explain why you did it that way. Especially in scenarios like payments, RWA, and corporate compliance, black-box reasoning makes people hesitant to delegate authority. Many projects say, 'AI can help you make decisions,' which sounds nice, but once an accident happens, you'll find that without explainability, there is no boundary of responsibility, and thus no scalable implementation. The greatest value of decentralized reasoning engines like Kayon, in my eyes, is not making answers smarter but making the reasoning process more like an auditable process, which is the prerequisite for enterprises to entrust critical actions to agents.

Then there is automation. Here I will be more direct: automation is essentially a risk amplifier. Humans can stop to review after making a mistake, but if an agent lacks guardrails, it may make several mistakes in a very short time, and it will not feel guilty. True AI-readiness is not about making agents freer but making them more controllable: which actions can be automatically executed, which must be double-checked, which conditions trigger an immediate freeze of the process, how to roll back after failure, how to record, and how to hand over to humans. The Flows mentioned by Vanar, in my understanding, translates 'intelligence' into 'safe automated actions.' How well this step is done determines whether intelligence can move from demo to production environments.

Finally, there is settlement, which is payment. Many people talk about AI agents as if they were science fiction, but the reality is that agents do not engage with wallet UX. What they need is compliant, global, orchestrated settlement tracks, preferably that can directly serve real economic activities. Without a settlement closed loop, all the previous memories, reasoning, and automation can only be considered 'thinking' but not 'doing business.' Vanar places PayFi at its core positioning; I prefer to understand it as a kind of awakening: for intelligence to land, it must complete the step of value exchange; otherwise, it will forever remain on the display stand.

Looking further, AI-ready will naturally lead to cross-ecosystems because agents' workflows will not be confined to a single chain. Vanar's technological capabilities are extended to more ecosystems (for example, first opening access from Base), and the significance is not just 'expansion' but allowing this intelligent stack to enter more complex and real calling environments for repeated friction. Whether intelligent infrastructure can grow into long-term value relies on this kind of repeated usage, rather than a fleeting trend.

So now I prefer to regard AI-ready as a very straightforward phrase: enabling agents to complete tasks in the system safely, clearly, and in a traceable manner. As long as this task continues to be validated, value accumulation will shift from emotion-driven to usage-driven.
