Binance Opinion Booster Phase 1 Tutorial
Binance has launched the Booster event for the prediction project Opinion led by YZi Lab, benchmarking against Polymarket, the rewards should not be small. Bitcoin is falling, gold is also falling, but even a small reward is still a reward. Those like me who have not earned Opinion points might be confused.
There are two tasks with OPN token rewards:
The first task requires participating in prediction trading once, with 80,000 spots available to share 1,200,000 OPN tokens;
The second task requires participating in prediction trading five times, with 40,000 spots available to share 1,800,000 OPN tokens.
Accessing the official website requires a VPN and there are regional restrictions. I tested my own nodes in the USA, Hong Kong, and Singapore, and none worked. I finally switched to a node in Malaysia.
The steps are as follows:
1. On the Booster page, click to participate first, which requires consuming 5 alpha points.
2. Open the Opinion official website, connect to the Binance non-custodial wallet, and you can skip the invitation code and binding social platforms for now.
3. When connecting the wallet or trading, you will be prompted to complete two steps: first, create a wallet address for the platform, similar to Polymarket, and then confirm (the prompt suggests using USDT for transactions, just confirm).
4. Choose an event to predict, note that the minimum bet is 5 USD. Importantly, both buying and selling count as one transaction. If you plan to quickly enter and exit, you can buy and sell 5 USD each 3 times, thus completing 6 transactions.
Overall, quick entry and exit have high wear and tear, basically 0.5 USD, wear reaches 3 USD. I don't know if it's due to the VPN or the website, but the trading lag and delay are quite serious, requiring multiple refreshes. Personally, I feel the experience is not as good as Polymarket.
