Long-term holding (HODL) the majors
Buy Bitcoin (and maybe ETH) with money you can afford to lose/lock away for 3–10 years. Dollar-cost average (DCA — buy fixed amounts regularly). Historically this has worked best for the majority who made money. Skip trying to time the market.
Build real knowledge first
Understand basics: wallets, security (hardware wallet, never share seeds), on-chain metrics, tokenomics. Read whitepapers for projects you're interested in. Follow credible sources (avoid hype on X/Telegram).
Diversify smartly (not degen-style)
60–80% in BTC/ETH, rest in solid alts or stables if you want exposure. Avoid putting everything into memecoins or new launches unless it's truly play money (<1–5% of portfolio).
Risk management > everything
Never invest more than you can lose without changing your life. Use stop-losses if trading. Take profits on the way up (many regret not doing this in past cycles). Avoid leverage unless you're very experienced.
