В заявке компании говорится, что AAVE-ETF будет взимать комиссию 2,5% от чистой стоимости активов фонда, причем платить ее нужно будет токенами $AAVE . Хранением криптоактивов и исполнением сделок собирается заниматься американская криптобиржа Coinbase.
Grayscale запустила Aave Trust в октябре 2024 года. Сейчас в управлении траста находятся активы на сумму около $896 230. Если SEC одобрит конвертацию в биржевой криптофонд, то он станет одним из первых привязанных к AAVE ETF, котирующихся на биржах США. Криптовалюта AAVE уже представлена в индексных фондах, ориентированных на децентрализованные финансы (DeFi), а также в фондах 21Shares Aave ETP и Global X Aave ETP, торгуемых в Европе.
Токен AAVE упал на 26,7% за последний месяц и на 80,5% от своего исторического максимума $661,69, достигнутого в мае 2021 года. Сейчас AAVE торгуется за $126 при рыночной капитализации $1,93 млрд.
