The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in India has seized cryptocurrency worth 239.4 million Indian Rupees (around 2.75 million USD) as part of the ongoing investigation into the Gainbitcoin fraud case, according to a report by PANews. This operation, conducted between February 25 and 26, 2025, was part of a nationwide effort to crack down on individuals and organizations suspected of involvement in money laundering activities. Raids were carried out across more than 60 locations, spanning major cities such as Delhi, Pune, Nadiad, Kolhapur, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Mohali, Jhansi, and Hubli.#CBICrackDown
