$Web3 is limitless potential, and I came into 2024 with a vision and lessons in tow to make it my year of transformation.🚀

Some principles, plans and ideas that have practically shaped my journey:



🔑 Surround yourself with the right people.
The best advice I ever got was from Santiago Trujillo Zuluaga:
👉 "You're going to absorb the habits of those you spend time with like a starving sponge."

In 2024, I strengthened my ties with  the AFRICA BLOCKCHAIN COMMUNITY and events such as the Web3 Lagos Conference by Web3Bridge, PyCon Africa, and Africa Bitcoin Conference . My focus?

➡️ Taking on winning habits.
➡️ Setting drivers for my mindset.
➡️ Achieving results that matter and create tremendous impact.


🎯 Set goals, prioritize, and let go.
Astute observer, Santiago Trujillo Zuluaga told me again about focus and all that:
👉 "Self-development is the sacrifice of distractions on the altar of your goal."

This year, I'm committing to:
➡️ Organise meetups and webinars to get more followers into web3.
➡️ Working with developers and projects that are pushing the boundaries of what innovation is.
➡️ Building up the community and creating avenues for others to thrive.

I've made sacrifices for significant impact and exponential growth.


📚 Lifelong learning is the master skill.

👉 "A lifetime's education is one's best investment."


This year I have also:
➡️ Read books , contribute to projects and advanced research.
➡️ Attend conferences to keep ahead of trends.
➡️ Confront challenges face-on with an attitude active in problem-solving.

Challenges shall be the new opportunities for growth.
