It's very clear that this is a scam, tell them to deduct 15% tax from your balance, and send the rest to you. If they say they can't, it's 100% a scam.

I want to withdraw funds but the application asks me for a 15% tax. Is this a scam or is it true that a 15% tax is levied?please help with the answer
