Crypto Journey Part 2 đ | How It Really Started
If you havenât read the first part yet, you can find it on my profile 𧷠or tap this link đ Crypto Joirney Part 1
Letâs rewind to summer 2021 â I was getting more and more curious about the world of crypto. I wanted to invest, but life was moving fastâŠ
đ I was on vacation
đą Looking for a new company
đ Bought my first apartment
đ Got my first Porsche (yes, really)
đž And most of my money? Locked in Bonds
By the time I got home on June 1st, 2021, I already had an offer to join the next ship on July 10th. I had neither the time nor the liquidity to jump into crypto right away.
But finally â in September 2021 â I returned home, and thatâs when it all began.
đČ I registered on #Binance and made my first deposit: $3,000
Crypto was everywhere that year. Everyone was talking about Bitcoin, and one of my friends helped me get started. I bought my first coins without knowing anything about charts, trends, or market psychology.
Back then, my favorite token was #GALA â not because of the fundamentals, but because it sounded like my grandmaâs name: Galina. Everyone used to call her âGalaâ â€ïž
At that time, I barely knew what I was doing â I just figured out how to deposit fiat, buy, and sell. đ
Hereâs a snapshot of my balance from back then (attached đž).
My early portfolio included coins like:
đ° $TWT
đ $ETH
đ $ADA
âĄïž $XRP
âŠand whatever was trending on #CoinMarketCap.
I was mainly testing how everything worked. I even started paying bills in crypto â like at restaurants â just to see if I could actually use it.
By October 2021, I had spent my entire balance and simply started observing the market instead.
From October 2021 to November 2022, I wasnât holding any coins â but I kept reading, watching, learning every single day.
Then something changedâŠ
