i’m an addict - just swapped the substance
smoked for 6+ years. quit a dozen times. this time the pack’s gone for good (maybe a cigar on new-year’s eve, we’ll see)
but here’s the catch: nature hates a vacuum. kill one habit, another queues up.
mine? energy drinks
not every day, no cold-turkey shakes like nicotine… yet walk past the fridge section and my hand drifts.
tip: if you’re already hooked, make it sugar-free only, tiny win for the pancreas
no booze, no smokes, no funny powders… but caffeine in a neon can still has my number
what’s your vice? planning to ditch it or let it ride?
