The EB-3 visa program is an employment-based immigration program that allows certain
skilled workers, professionals, and unskilled workers to obtain lawful permanent residency
(green card) in the United States. It is divided into three subcategories:
1. EB-3A (Skilled Workers):
The applicant requires minimum 2 years of job experience
or 2 years training in similar field
or relevant Post-secondary education that may be considered as training.

2. EB-3B (Professional)

Employer Sponsorship: Applicants must have a permanent job offer from a U.S. employer

Labor Certification: The employer must obtain a Labor Certification to demonstrate that

File Form I-140: Employer files Immigrant Petition (I-140) for Alien Worker with USCIS on
behalf of applicant.
Consular Processing: Proceed with DS-260 submission and confirmation from the Embassy.
Receive Green Card: Upon approval of the application, green card will be received by
granting lawful permanent residency in the United States.
