In 2008, during a global financial crisis, a mysterious person (or group) named Satoshi Nakamoto released a whitepaper titled:
"Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System."
The idea was simple but revolutionary:
A digital currency that doesn't rely on banks or governments.
People were tired of the old system. Banks were failing, money was losing trust. Satoshi offered a solution â decentralized money â powered by blockchain technology.
