If you want to invest in altcoins, there are a few important things you must consider. Otherwise, it won’t take long for your money to go to zero.
First, you should understand what the altcoin is actually used for. What problem does it solve? Does it have real utility?
Second, check whether any major financial company or well-known crypto platform is supporting or following it. Also see if it is being discussed in mainstream media.
Before buying, you should understand the market sentiment. The best time to buy is usually when there is fear in the market and prices are falling. Many people make the mistake of selling their portfolio at a loss during fear, and then buying later because of FOMO (fear of missing out) when prices are already high.
You should also decide that you will not invest all your funds into one coin. And don’t fall in love with any coin.
