Technical Breakdown: $TAO is currently trapped in a medium-to-long-term falling trend channel. Investors are consistently selling at lower prices, and the short-term momentum is strongly negative with the RSI hovering near oversold territory.
Network Friction: Despite the 2026 roadmap aiming to expand subnets to 256, the ecosystem is facing internal challenges. Miner confidence is wavering, and on-chain data shows staking outflows (over 12,000 TAO removed recently), signaling a shift from long-term holding to exchange deposits for potential selling.
Pure Speculation: Much of the recent price action has been driven by "inducement operations"âfake pumps designed to trap retail buyers before the next flush.

Position: Short TAO (Entering on pullbacks)
Current Trend: Bearish channel with resistance at $207 - $210.
Targets: If the $148 support fails, we are looking at a retest of the $140 - $145 liquidity zone.
