Infineon CEO Jochen Hanebeck has expressed optimism about the future of the humanoid robot microchip market. According to Jin10, the German semiconductor manufacturer is well-prepared to capitalize on the anticipated expansion of this sector. Hanebeck likened the potential growth of the humanoid robot microchip market to the current high-performance semiconductor market for AI data centers. He further noted that Infineon is already capable of producing a large volume of microchips for humanoid robots, partly due to its existing business in the autonomous driving sector and relatively limited need for new internal technology development.
