This month I jumped into Futures trading. Spot trading — OK, been there. But leverage, hedging, 25× margin
 that was new territory for me.

🔍 Phase 1: The Test-Drive

I started small. Clicked tabs, watched my margin move, learned what “Open Short” really does. I wasn’t worried about profits yet — just wanted to see if the system behaved like I thought.

📉 Realization: Futures are not spot. They bite.

đŸ’„ Phase 2: The Ride

Then I opened real positions. I saw swings like –$1,900 on one day. I watched my profit go from +$700 to +$49. I learned:

‱ Hedging isn’t weakness — it’s survival.

‱ I’m calm when losing; I get nervous when winning.

‱ Discipline beats prediction.

🚀 Phase 3: The Breakthrough

As of 30 October, I’m at +2,517 BNFCR profit, starting with newbie mistakes, ending with new rules. Account’s still alive. My system’s evolving. Emotions (mostly) under control.

📈 Lesson so far:

Futures are wild. They teach fast. If you let greed or fear drive you, you’ll pay.
