Starting today, MetaArena enters a new stage. We are officially launching the MetaArena DAO, allowing the community to move from merely “playing the game” to “co-building the ecosystem.”

With the DAO's implementation, $TIMI will assume governance responsibilities, becoming a key driver of the ecosystem’s continuous growth.

Why Establish the DAO

Over the past few months, we have witnessed the vitality brought by over 100,000 Final Glory players, as well as the real on-chain application of AI-NPCs and zero-knowledge verification. Meanwhile, $TIMI launched on Binance Alpha, attracting market attention and strong support.

As more players join, more feedback and suggestions emerge. The community is not only playing but also discussing gameplay, balance, economic models, and even the platform's future direction.

This is precisely the purpose of the DAO.

It allows every $TIMI holder to be not just a consumer but a co-builder of the ecosystem.

You can voice opinions on version direction, decide how to adjust the play-to-earn model, and determine the allocation of the ecosystem fund. The power of the community will become the core driver of the world.

Timeline

  • 2025‑11‑18: This announcement is officially released; MetaArena DAO is established

  • By the end of November 2025: Initial governance framework drafted and published

  • Mid-December 2025 (estimated): Play-to-earn model officially launches. At that time, player earnings in the game will automatically feed into the $TIMI economic loop.

  • From mid-December 2025: $TIMI holders can initiate votes and participate in proposals within the DAO. The first round of voting will focus on reward distribution for the play-to-earn model, content update priorities, and the use of the ecosystem fund.

How the DAO Operates

The DAO architecture will remain simple and transparent, allowing anyone to easily join.

  1. Governance Assets

    Holding $TIMI directly translates into voting power. The more tokens you hold, the greater your influence; the longer you hold, the more weight your vote carries.

    If you choose to lock your tokens for a period, you will also receive an additional voting bonus.

  2. Proposal Process

    When you have an idea, simply submit a clear draft on the community forum or Discord.

    The community will discuss it within a short period, determine the direction, and then enter the official voting stage for all token holders to decide the outcome collectively.

  3. Voting Rules

    Basic functional proposals have a lower approval threshold.
    Proposals involving economic parameters and fund allocations require higher consensus support.

    Different types of proposals will have different passing conditions, ensuring governance is both efficient and secure.

  4. Execution Mechanism

    All approved proposals enter a public execution process, led by the team, with progress updates shared to the community.

    If deviations or disputes occur, the community can initiate further discussion and re-evaluation.

  • Follow the “Voting Center” to participate in upcoming proposal discussions and votes.
