His logic is simple 👇

👉 If inflation stays high 📈

👉 If trust in the U.S. dollar slowly weakens 💵⬇️

👉 If more money moves into crypto over time 🌍➡️💻

…then over a very long period (around 10 years), something like $1,000 per XRP is not mathematically impossible.
