Whale Withdraws $25M from Exchanges and Borrows 400,000 HYPE Tokens via HyperLiquid

A newly created crypto address withdrew $25 million in USDT and USDC from Binance and OKX exchanges. It then deposited $5 million USDC into HyperLiquid and lent $20 million USDT to HyperLend, borrowing 400,000 HYPE tokens. Additionally, it moved $5 million USDC to a spot account to buy HYPE tokens.
