Makina, a DeFi protocol with over $100 million in total value locked, experienced a $5 million hack involving flash loan exploitation of its DUSD/USDC pool. The attacker manipulated the protocol's oracle to drain the pool. Makina has not officially confirmed the hack yet but is investigating and advising liquidity providers to withdraw funds.
