U.S. January PMI Shows Mixed Results 🇺🇸
The first look at U.S. PMI data for January shows mixed results. The Services PMI is 52.5, a little below the expected 52.8 and the same as last month.
Manufacturing PMI is 51.9, slightly under the 52 forecast but a small rise from 51.8 before.
The overall Composite PMI is 52.8, just below the 53 expected, but a bit higher than last month’s 52.7. These numbers suggest the U.S. economy is growing slowly but steadily.
