Standard Chartered lowered its end-2026 price target for SOL to $250 (down from $310) due to slower-than-expected micropayment adoption and competition from Ethereum’s scaling upgrades. However, they raised their long-term 2030 target to $2,000, viewing Solana as the future backbone for global stablecoin settlements.
