🧠 Trust the First Level, Control the Emotion

After watching a chart for the first 3–5 minutes,

when support & resistance are marked calmly — the first level the brain identifies is usually the correct one.

But the real problem starts after that.

একটা বড় candle দেখলেই —

emotion control ভেঙে যায়।

Fear বলে “buy now”

Greed বলে “sell now"

ঠিক ওই মুহূর্তেই সবচেয়ে বড় ভুলটা হয়।

📉 Candle বড় মানেই opportunity না

📊 Market emotion follow করে না

ধরো, একটা সুন্দর setup ছিল।

সামান্য একটা wick-এর জন্য miss হলো —

কোনো সমস্যা নেই।

Capital আছে → opportunity আবার আসবে।

কিন্তু sudden বড় movement দেখে

emotion দিয়ে buy বা sell করলে —

market ঘুরে যাবে,

capital শেষ হয়ে যাবে।

তারপর?

Perfect setup আসবে…

কিন্তু trade করার মতো capital থাকবে না।

💡 Reality: Market patience test করে

- Emotion punish করে

- Discipline reward দেয়

আবার chart দেখো।

মিলিয়ে দেখো —

প্রথমে যেখানে support বা resistance ভেবেছিলে,

সেখানেই price আসছে…

হয়তো একটু দেরিতে।

👉 Trust the first analysis.

👉 Ignore the candle noise.

👉 Capital comes before confidence.

ভেবে দেখো Last time loss টা হয়েছিল market-এর কারণে, নাকি emotion-এর কারণে?
