China's State Council Information Office held a press conference on January 21 to discuss the achievements in industrial and information technology development by 2025. According to PANews, Zhang Yunming, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, stated that the ministry will continue to promote innovation and iterative upgrades in humanoid robot technology. This initiative aims to drive the development of the broader computational intelligence industry through advancements in humanoid robots.

The ministry plans to enhance the quality of humanoid robot products and strengthen testing in network and data security. Additionally, it will conduct research and management services related to scientific ethics to ensure high-level security and quality development. Efforts will be made to accelerate the establishment of a humanoid robot ecosystem, with increased support from the National Artificial Intelligence Industry Investment Fund.

Furthermore, the ministry intends to build an open-source community for humanoid robots and release guidelines for the comprehensive standardization of humanoid robots and embodied intelligence. These measures are aimed at promoting global sharing of innovative achievements.
