I also asked the public security department, and there has been no action; individual cases may be related to anti-fraud efforts. Hangzhou should be one of the most open and inclusive cities in the country. If anyone has concerns, they can move to Hanggang Technology Building to start their business; the web3 industry has a home in Hangzhou.
