Many people have privately messaged me asking about the Hangzhou-Hong Kong Science and Technology Building. This is a sci-tech building established a few years ago to promote the synergy between the Hangzhou and Hong Kong web3 industries. The government subsidizes the rent, aiming to allow Hong Kong web3 projects to adopt a front-shop, back-factory model, giving everyone a place to stay in Hangzhou.
