WTF Solana Web3.js Tutorial Lecture 5: Slot and Block Updated!

In this lecture, we introduce the core time mechanism on the Solana chain: slot and block.

Slot is the unit of time for Solana, with an interval of about 400ms. Each Slot contains 0 or 1 block, and approximately 6% of the Slots are empty.
