Coinbase issues its tokens on the Base chain and provides trading through a DEX integrated with applications, which seems to work for Americans too? After all, it’s not restricted on-chain.

Kraken has chosen to collaborate with a third party, which issues on the SOL chain, and then Kraken lists spot and futures, while Kraken itself seems not to restrict Chinese users.

This will indeed be beneficial for related public chains and DEX.
