You have submitted an appeal (recovery/special request) to the exchange, now you need to keep these points in mind:

- Almost every exchange's support team looks at recovery chances on a case-by-case basis, and there is no 100% guarantee that funds will be returned.

- Provide direct correct TxID, network, address, and amount details so that your case can be solved quickly.

- Most exchanges may take 3-4 weeks (or more) in the recovery process.

- Some exchanges may also charge a fee for recovery (generally 10% or some minimum amount).

- If the network is completely unsupported, recovery is not possible, but some exchanges (like Binance or CEX.IO) attempt manual recovery in special cases.

Now you just need to patiently wait for the exchange's response, while also following their instructions diligently.
