Discussing Crypto Tax in VN: Currently, there is a lot of information about taxes, but there are 2 main sources of information I would like to share my personal thoughts on. Let's discuss together:

2. Secondly: a 0.1% tax on Transaction Volume (Volume) is equivalent to the basic transaction fee that Binance applies, which means that previously there was a fee of 1 unit and now an additional 1 unit.

The issue of back taxes: typically, the law will apply from the time the law is enacted and not retroactively. Many channels equate the recent tax collection with back taxes, but we must understand that tax law has existed for several dozen years, but previously it was difficult to control revenue, but now it is easier and those who evade taxes may face retroactive collection.
The issue of current tax collection: many people say it is difficult to collect, but if the prospect of enacting a law tightens foreign exchanges, then top exchanges cannot ignore this Vietnamese market, they will open local exchanges similar to Binance in the US before. And at this local exchange, when you KYC, you will be required to have a tax ID number, at which point, if taxed in this manner, when you conduct a transaction, the exchange will automatically calculate the tax to TEMPORARILY COLLECT, and at the end of the year, it will settle and transfer the tax to the state for you.
