$ETH recently hit a new high, which is really strong. Setting aside the news about pensions, just looking at the candlestick chart, it has formed a spreading triangle.
The upper edge of the triangle and the previous two high points are around 4070-4100. If you have a swing long position, it’s reasonable to reduce your holdings and take profits at this level.
If you're feeling adventurous, you can short one contract at this position, but personally, I think it's unnecessary to go against the trend.

Some people always like to short those that have risen sharply, thinking that after a big rise, a correction is due. However, the trend is like a fast-moving car; if you try to obstruct it, you might end up getting hurt. Wouldn't it be better to wait until it's confirmed that it has stopped before shorting it?
